Junior Strathcona Prep

We offer a 10 week Junior Program (Grades 7&8) in the Fall which includes one on court and one strength training session a week. This is a great introduction to our High Performance Program as athletes will learn the fundamental skills needed to train and play at a high performance level. This program supplements the School season, athletes are able to work on technical skills during morning Strathcona training then can focus on team skills with their school teams.

Club Prep

This program will be a 6 week program offered in October for athletes in grade 6 and 7 preparing them for Club Tryouts. This program will review skills so that athletes feel more confident going into their club tryouts.
